In today’s green building market, manufacturers are responsible (if they produce an environmentally sustainable product) for providing documented proof of the sustainable attribute(s) of their product(s). Builders, code officials, lumber yards, designers, engineers, verifiers, architects and consumers all need this proof that the product has been independently verified.
